If possible, include detailed description of the problem and possible way to reproduce it as well as details about your PC:

• Version of Windows system being used (Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP etc.)
• CPU type (Intel Pentium, AMD Athlon etc.) and clock frequency
• Amount of RAM (operating memory) and hard disk type and capacity
• Any other details that may help the author to better understand the cause of your problem.
